A bit about me...

I have always been fascinated by the human psyche, and curious about what makes us feel, think and behave the way we do. Initially I studied art and communications and worked in media and art education in Vancouver B.C. After becoming a parent I decided to transition into a career in psychotherapy, so I returned to graduate school for my Master of Counselling Psychology. Now I live and work in the beautiful community of Salt Spring Island, B.C., where I assist my clients in deepening their relationships with themselves and seeing their lives with greater clarity.
